Celebrating a Legacy

Today, we celebrate Dave Efaw as he begins a new chapter and reflects on a remarkable journey as one of the founding partners of Red.

 What started as an idea and a shared vision grew into something far greater than a business. Through years of hard work, dedication, challenges, and countless relationships, Dave helped build the foundation of the company we are today. His impact can be seen not only in the projects we've completed or the growth we've achieved, but in the people, relationships, and culture that make Red what it is.

 A legacy isn't measured solely by what you build, but by the people you bring along, the lives you influence, and what continues long after you've stepped away. By that measure, Dave leaves behind something truly meaningful.

 While his day-to-day presence will certainly be missed, the mark he has left on this company will remain for years to come. Please join us in congratulating Dave on his retirement and wishing him and his family all the best in this well-deserved next chapter.
