America’s Floor Source is a state-of-the-art headquarters that features corporate office and training facilities, design and retail showrooms, and warehousing space.
Red was involved throughout the entire project lifecycle for America’s Floor Source’s new headquarters, providing comprehensive services from initial planning and design through construction administration and project completion. The $30 million, 264,000-square-foot facility, developed by The Daimler Group on Stelzer Road, was envisioned as a dynamic mixed-use headquarters that integrates corporate, retail, and industrial functions. The project includes 48,000 square feet of modern office and training space, 31,000 square feet of public-facing design and retail showrooms, and 185,000 square feet of warehouse and distribution space. In addition to the building design and coordination, the project scope encompassed significant site and infrastructure improvements, including the development of a new intersection on Stelzer Road to enhance access, circulation, and connectivity for employees, customers, and delivery operations. Through our involvement at every stage, we helped deliver a highly functional, efficient, and impactful facility that supports America’s Floor Source’s continued growth and operational success.
