Mechanical/Electrical Project Manager (Columbus/Cincinnati)
Description
The Mechanical/Electrical Project Manager is responsible for the performance of all project tasks to meet the final product technical requirements and goals of the client while maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities
Perform site visits and surveys of existing facilities.
Design and Draft MEP plans and construction documents.
Possess knowledge of fundamental thermodynamic codes.
Maintain collaborative departmental relationships within the project team.
Identify project design team members and their required scope of services, roles, and responsibilities.
Assist senior management in QA/QC review of project submissions.
Work closely with project teams to effectively deliver scope of work.
Promote, utilize, and support quality assurance and quality control processes to improve the quality of deliverables and reduce design errors & omissions.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience; or equivalent in appropriate education and experience preferred.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and/or other discipline-specific programs is required.
Salary is commensurate on experience and knowledge of position requirements.
