Mechanical/Electrical Project Manager (Columbus/Cincinnati)

Description

The Mechanical/Electrical Project Manager is responsible for the performance of all project tasks to meet the final product technical requirements and goals of the client while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform site visits and surveys of existing facilities.

• Design and Draft MEP plans and construction documents.

• Possess knowledge of fundamental thermodynamic codes.

• Maintain collaborative departmental relationships within the project team.

• Identify project design team members and their required scope of services, roles, and responsibilities.

• Assist senior management in QA/QC review of project submissions.

• Work closely with project teams to effectively deliver scope of work.

• Promote, utilize, and support quality assurance and quality control processes to improve the quality of deliverables and reduce design errors & omissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience; or equivalent in appropriate education and experience preferred.

• Excellent time management and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and/or other discipline-specific programs is required.

• Salary is commensurate on experience and knowledge of position requirements.
